Part of Blumont’s role is also to support and protect women in countries where women are most vulnerable. Lauren talks about her transition from compliance in the defense industry to her current role, her “paradigm shift,” and the difference between most compliance roles and the non-profits. She also provides some information about how those of us in traditional corporate compliance programs can support non-profit and other programs.
