Harper shares what it’s like being a CCO within a service provider and then takes us on a journey of the latest and greatest elements of training in Ethics and Compliance programs. Harper and Mary address some considerations on the potentially controversial topic of testing out of Compliance training. We end this episode with some advice and encouragement for non lawyers like Harper, with their eye on the prize for a CCO role.
