One reply on “Compliance Tip of the Day: Who to Suspend and When to Suspend During an Investigation”

Very sensible. Investigations can take a long time. At Siemens, we had people who were potentially implicated and had to be transferred to different roles while investigations unfolded over months. Some were ultimately cleared or found to have committed relatively minor breaches – but we didn’t know the extent for some time.

This also points to the need to start investigations quickly. The first thing you need to do is preserve evidence. Delay defeats this.

Good topic.
