She has worked with US-headquartered companies such as Stericycle and Koch Industries, as well as global organizations like BP, helping them build robust compliance frameworks and navigate complex regulatory environments.

Having lived and worked in five countries, Carla brings a truly global perspective to compliance. She is passionate about fostering a culture of integrity and designing practical, risk-based solutions that support both business objectives and compliance goals.

She will shortly be stepping into a new leadership role, where she will continue to build and evolve high-impact compliance programs.
