Chelsea Azrak currently serves as Vice President of Law & Compliance at Revlon, where she leads Revlon’s compliance and ethics function. Chelsea plays a pivotal role in shaping company policies, leading compliance training initiatives, conducting internal investigations, and advising on key areas of risk. She began her legal career as a litigator at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, representing Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions in high-stakes litigation, white collar investigations, and regulatory enforcement. Chelsea earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif, and her B.A. from Cornell University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
