She also partners with large organizations to assess and enhance the compliance maturity of companies along their value chain.

Prior to joining Ethisphere, Emily spent over a decade advising global corporations on ethical culture, program effectiveness, and codes of conduct. Most recently, she was a Vice President and leader of LRN Corporation’s advisory practice. Her earlier career was spent in the environmental science and sustainability sectors, both in non-profit and academia, where a highlight was contributing to drafting international climate policy goals as part of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.

Ximena is the next-generation compliance and ethics professional and dedicated healthcare professional with over a decade in the industry. She has gained experience in various capacities including health policy, government relations, EMR interoperability and data privacy, with a strong focus on auditing, monitoring, and risk assessments. With a dual educational background in Health Information and Informatics Management and Compliance and Health Law.

She is an active member of the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) and the Society of Compliance & Ethics (SCCE) and has obtained both Certification Board’s designations: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Privacy Compliance (CHPC), and passionate about knowledge sharing, fostering professional connections, and staying informed on the latest compliance trends.

Before joining KPMG, Kilby served as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Molson Coors Beverage Company, where she led global ethics and compliance investigations and oversaw enterprise-wide programs addressing anti-corruption, antitrust, and regulatory risk. She previously held senior leadership roles at the U.S. Department of Justice, including Principal Deputy Chief of the Health Care Fraud Unit, where she supervised nationwide white-collar and fraud prosecutions and helped shape DOJ enforcement and training initiatives.

After ten years in private practice with Arnold & Porter, Forrest became the first-ever Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer (CECO) for Abercrombie & Fitch and then Victoria’s Secret. Most recently, Forrest was the CECO for Albemarle Corp. At all three companies, Forrest was a member of the legal leadership team and supported third party risk and supply chain transparency efforts.

Forrest is currently a Lecturer at the University of Chicago School of Law, where he teaches a course entitled “Corporate Compliance and Business Integration” and is the Co-Chair of the ABA’s Corporate Compliance & Ethics Subcommittee of the Business Law Section.
