FCPA Compliance Report – Ethical Decision-Making in Times of Change

Welcome to the award-winning FCPA Compliance Report, the longest-running podcast in compliance. This is a very special episode. Ellen Hunt on Compliance ROI and on a Due Diligence and the US Sentencing Guidelines

In this episode of the Diligent Compliance Week 2025 Speaker Preview Podcasts series, Ellen Hunt discusses her two presentations at Compliance Week 2025, “Culture Effectiveness and ROI: How to Move the Needle” and “Assessing Effectiveness: Do the 30-Year-Old Federal Sentencing Guidelines Still Work? “
