DOJ Resumes FCPA Enforcement

Has the pendulum swung back on FCPA enforcement – and will companies be ready when it hits? Is the DOJ’s renewed push on FCPA enforcement a strategic shift – or just old wine in a new bottle?

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes stories, with their rich narrative and keen insights into human nature, consistently offer valuable lessons for compliance professionals. As we conclude our review of “The Sign of Four” in this month’s series on Adventures in Compliance, I aim to demonstrate how the novel offers valuable insights into the pivotal compliance domains of communication and training.
