Jamming with Jason

When It’s Time to Move On

Have you ever felt like you can’t bring yourself to do something anymore?

Maybe it’s a job you dread getting up for each day and going to the office. Perhaps it’s a relationship that you get a sick feeling in your gut when you see or think of someone and want to say clear of them. Maybe you don’t find something fun anymore.
If you are like most people, you’ve experienced some of those feelings. You’ve probably asked yourself when you should stick with it since you aren’t a quitter, or do you “cut bait” and move on. I know I’ve wondered that many times during my life, and I’m sure you have.
In this #jammingwithjason #podcast episode, we jump into a bit of storytime with Jason and discuss a path with a heart, making career changes, and even pink crayons so you can see from my own experience. Of others, some of the questions you can ask yourself to know if it’s time to persevere and keep moving forward or whether it’s time to move on.
From personal experience, I can tell you that staying on a path longer than you should lead to mental and physical health issues since it can kill you.
And there is nothing wrong with you or the thing you are moving on from if you decide that’s what’s best for YOU.
Sometimes it’s just better to move on and not look back. “If I never look behind me, my troubles will be few.” Supertramp
