Each week, veteran podcaster Tom Fox and his colleagues Andrew Gay and Gilbert Paiz get together to go over a couple of their favorite stories from the past week from Kerrville and the greater Hill Country. · Tom talks about the Kerrville Folk Festival, Parker Wolf and his grandparents from Centerpoint, Janet and Jim Wolf. Parker will play at Carnegie Hall this summer. He ends by reminding folks to be careful about being outside in the heat. and Camp Stewart celebrating its centennial this year.
· Andrew talks about the Meals on Wheels for pets program at Dieter Center, which received a matching grant from PetSmart. They also delve into the topic of human smuggling and issues at the southern border and concludes with the Shatter the Stigma 5K and fun run on Saturday, June 10, at Schreiner University’s Trailhead Beer Garden to raise awareness for mental Health.
